Nexgen Instant Plan Details (2026)
No evaluation — you start on the Sim/Live account and work toward a payout from day one, 40% off with code FE40.
Nexgen Instant is the no-evaluation path: a one-time fee (40% off with code FE40, no activation, no monthly fee) puts you straight onto a Sim/Live account with the same End-of-Day trailing max loss that locks at start + max loss + $100, no daily loss limit, no inactivity rule, a 50% consistency rule per payout cycle, and payouts every five qualified trading days paid 100% up to the cap. Up to three Instant accounts per trader.

Who Nexgen Instant is for
- Traders who want to skip the evaluation and qualify for a payout from day one
- End-of-Day drawdown that locks, no daily loss limit, no inactivity rule
- Anyone fine with a 50% consistency rule and capped payouts paid in full
The account you start on
There is no evaluation: the Instant account is the Sim/Live account, so the funded rules apply from your first trade. Five sizes: max loss of $1,300 on the 25K, $2,000 on the 50K, $2,500 on the 75K, $3,000 on the 100K, $4,500 on the 150K. Contract limits are 5 mini · 5 micro on the 25K, 10 mini · 10 micro on the 50K, 12 mini · 12 micro on the 75K, 14 mini · 14 micro on the 100K, 17 mini · 17 micro on the 150K. You withdraw profit above start + max loss + $100 — $26,400 (25K), $52,100 (50K), $77,600 (75K), $103,100 (100K), $154,600 (150K).
The max loss is End-of-Day trailing: it moves once a day off your best closing balance, never down, and never intraday. It locks permanently at start + max loss + $100 (which is also the withdraw-above line) once your balance reaches that level plus the max loss again ($54,100 on the 50K). No daily loss limit, no time limit, no minimum days beyond the five qualified days a payout needs.
A failed Instant (Sim/Live) account can be reset for the account's list price; code FE40 takes 40% off the reset as well. Nexgen runs weekly offers: 90% off evaluations, free resets on evaluation accounts, and 40–50% off activation fees and Instant accounts. Use code FE on evaluations and code FE40 on activations and Instant accounts — the plan table above shows the live price with the code.
- Max loss (End-of-Day trailing, locks at start + max loss + $100): $1,300 on the 25K, $2,000 on the 50K, $2,500 on the 75K, $3,000 on the 100K, $4,500 on the 150K
- Withdraw above: $26,400 (25K), $52,100 (50K), $77,600 (75K), $103,100 (100K), $154,600 (150K)
- Consistency: 50% per payout cycle from day one
- Daily loss limit: none · evaluation: none · activation: none
- Billing: one-time (40% off with code FE40)
Trading rules at every stage
These rules apply on every Nexgen account, evaluation and Sim/Live alike, and the first one is the one traders miss.
- No overnight holding: every position must be flat by 4:55 PM ET (five minutes before the close) or the account can be terminated; three violations close it permanently
- News trading allowed with no restrictions on evaluation and Sim/Live accounts
- No daily loss limit on any Nexgen account
- Contract limits of 5 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 17 (minis or micros) by size; above 50% of your max you must exit with a stop, a target or smaller orders — a full-size market exit or the platform's X is rejected
- No hedging across accounts, contract months or correlated products (NQ/MNQ, ES/NQ, ES/YM …) and no account sharing or coordinated trading — one violation closes the account
- No inactivity rule
- Market limit up/down: no orders for five minutes after trading resumes
- Commissions of $5.00 per round turn on minis and $0.50 on micros are taken off the balance after the close; CME Level 1 data is included with an active account
- Up to 10 evaluation accounts and 3 Sim/Live (or Instant) accounts per trader; the Nexgen trade copier is $19.99 a month
Sim/Live stage
A Sim/Live account is a simulated account whose trades Nexgen copies into a real sub-account of its own, which is how it pays you. On Instant you are on it from day one: the same max loss as every Nexgen account, End-of-Day trailing and locking at start + max loss + $100; no daily loss limit; a 50% consistency rule per payout cycle; the same contract limits; and you withdraw profit above the buffer (start + max loss + $100). Nexgen pays 100% of every capped payout. Up to three Instant accounts per trader.
- Drawdown: End-of-Day trailing, locks at start + max loss + $100
- Daily loss limit: None
- Consistency: 50% per payout cycle
- Contract limit: same as the evaluation (5 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 17 minis)
- Payout share: 100% of every capped payout
- Buffer: start + max loss + $100 — withdraw above $26,400 / $52,100 / $77,600 / $103,100 / $154,600
Payouts
Payouts come every five qualified trading days. A day only qualifies when you finish it up by at least the minimum for your size — $100 (25K), $150 (50K), $200 (75K), $250 (100K), $300 (150K). Two more conditions apply: a 50% consistency rule (no single day may be more than half of the profit in the payout cycle) and the payout-period rule (you can only request profit made in the current cycle; a large earlier cycle cannot fund a later request).
Each payout is capped by size — $750 (25K), $1,500 (50K), $1,750 (75K), $2,250 (100K), $2,500 (150K) — and Nexgen pays 100% of the capped amount: there is no profit split on the Sim/Live account. You withdraw profit above the buffer (start + max loss + $100: $26,400 / $52,100 / $77,600 / $103,100 / $154,600), the minimum request is $250, and you need at least $350 above the buffer to request. Payouts go out by PayPal or Rise (Rise carries a flat $50 fee) within 2–5 business days once KYC is complete. Drawdown does not move after a withdrawal, so leave yourself room.
Going live: Nexgen Live Cash
Live Cash is by invitation: after consistent, disciplined profitability over several payout cycles — typically three to five payouts with clean risk — the risk desk can move you to a real-money account at GFF Brokers (Plus500 clearing, Rithmic data). You choose one of two transitions: Option A applies your approved payout to your live capital with priority onboarding (about 30 days); Option B pays the current payout in full, pauses simulated trading for 30 days, and converts on the next one (Option B can be chosen once).
The live account starts with a max loss of 3% of the account (4.5% if you convert several Sim/Live accounts, or your payout amount if larger): $750 on the 25K, $1,500 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K, $4,500 on the 150K. It trails End-of-Day and locks at start + $100 once the balance reaches start + max loss + $100. You start with 1 mini on the 25K, 2 on the 50K/75K/100K and 3 on the 150K, and earn one more contract for every $5,000 of net profit above the lock. Payouts are weekly (every Friday after your first five trading days), $250 minimum, 90/10 in your favour, with no consistency rule and no daily loss limit. Level 2 pro data ($195 a month) is deducted from the account, trading is MNQ/NQ/MES/ES, and fees on active evaluations and Sim/Live accounts without a payout are refunded when you convert.

Nexgen Instant — frequently asked questions
- Is there really no evaluation on Nexgen Instant?
- Correct. The Instant account is a Sim/Live account from the first trade; there is no profit target to hit before you can qualify for a payout — the five qualified trading days, the buffer and the 50% consistency rule are the only gates.
- What is the Nexgen Instant discount code?
- Code FE40 at checkout takes 40% off every Instant account and 40% off a failed Sim/Live reset. Nexgen's weekly offers on Instant accounts and activations run at 40–50% off; FE40 is the code to use. Evaluations use code FE (90% off every month).
- Is there a consistency rule?
- Yes — 50% per payout cycle from day one: no single day may be more than half of the profit in the cycle, and only profit made in the current cycle can be requested.
- Can I hold positions overnight?
- No. Every position must be flat by 4:55 PM ET; three violations close the account.
- How much can I withdraw per payout?
- $750 (25K), $1,500 (50K), $1,750 (75K), $2,250 (100K) or $2,500 (150K), every five qualified trading days, paid 100%. Minimum request $250, with at least $350 above the buffer.
- Instant or Rapid?
- Rapid is the cheapest way in (a monthly evaluation at 90% off with code FE plus a one-time activation) and has no consistency rule until you are funded; Instant costs more one-time but skips the evaluation entirely. Both end on the same Sim/Live account with the same payouts and the same road to Live Cash.
