Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Analytics data (pages visited, click activity) is collected only if you accept analytics cookies (see 2.3).

Before you make a choice, we set nothing optional. No analytics or marketing script is loaded, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics request is sent until you click “Accept All” (or switch a category on under Preferences). “Essential Only” means nothing optional, ever, and deletes any Google Analytics cookies already on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Videos: YouTube players load only when you press play, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player; YouTube may store data in your browser after that click. Before the click we show a still image (on some pages fetched as a plain image from i.ytimg.com, without cookies). Some country flag images are plain image requests to flagcdn.com, also without cookies. We run no advertising pixels (no Meta, TikTok, X or Google Ads tags).
