Nexgen Instant is the no-evaluation account at Nexgen ProTrader Funding: a one-time fee puts you straight onto a Sim/Live account, so the five qualified trading days a payout needs can start on your first day. Same End-of-Day trailing max loss that locks at start + max loss + $100, no daily loss limit, no inactivity rule, and every capped payout paid 100%. With code FE40 it is 40% off.

This review covers the account rules from day one, what it costs with the code, the weekly offers, how payouts work, the road to Live Cash, and how we score it against the other instant-funded futures account we track. The Instant plan page has the live price for every size.

    The account you start on

Five sizes with max losses of $1,300 (25K), $2,000 (50K), $2,500 (75K), $3,000 (100K), $4,500 (150K) and contract limits of 5 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 17 (minis or micros). There is no evaluation and no target to hit first: the Instant account *is* the Sim/Live account — a simulated account whose trades Nexgen copies into a real sub-account of its own — so the funded rules apply from your first trade.

The max loss is End-of-Day trailing: it moves once a day off your best closing balance, never down and never intraday, and locks permanently at start + max loss + $100 — which is also the line you withdraw above ($26,400 / $52,100 / $77,600 / $103,100 / $154,600) — once your balance reaches that level plus the max loss again. A 50% consistency rule applies per payout cycle from day one. Up to three Instant accounts per trader. A failed Instant account can be reset for the list price, and code FE40 takes 40% off the reset too.

    Trading rules at every stage

The same rules apply on every Nexgen account, evaluation and Sim/Live alike. No overnight holding — every position must be flat by 4:55 PM ET, five minutes before the close, or the account can be terminated (three violations close it permanently). News trading is allowed with no restrictions. There is no daily loss limit and no inactivity rule. Contract limits are 5 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 17 by size (minis or micros), and above 50% of your max you must exit with a stop, a target or smaller orders — a full-size market exit is rejected. Hedging across accounts or correlated products and any account sharing or coordinated trading close the account on the first violation. Commissions ($5.00 per round turn on minis, $0.50 on micros) come off the balance after the close; CME Level 1 data is included.

Price with code FE40 — and the weekly offers

    List prices are $349 / $399 / $499 / $649 / $849 one-time. With code FE40 they are $209.40 / $239.40 / $299.40 / $389.40 / $509.40 — 40% off — with no activation fee and no monthly fee.

One thing the pricing page never tells you: Nexgen runs weekly offers — 90% off evaluations, free resets on evaluation accounts, and 40–50% off activation fees and Instant accounts. Our codes are the way in: FE on evaluations (the 90% repeats on every monthly renewal while the account stays active) and FE40 on activations and Instant accounts.

Payouts: five qualified days, paid 100% up to the cap

Payouts come every five qualified trading days. A day qualifies only when you finish it up by at least $100 (25K), $150 (50K), $200 (75K), $250 (100K) or $300 (150K). Two more conditions: a 50% consistency rule (no single day may be more than half of the profit in the cycle) and the payout-period rule (only profit made in the current cycle can be requested). Each payout is capped — $750 / $1,500 / $1,750 / $2,250 / $2,500 by size — and Nexgen pays 100% of the capped amount: there is no profit split on the Sim/Live account. You withdraw profit above the buffer (start + max loss + $100), the minimum request is $250 with at least $350 above the buffer, and payouts go out by PayPal or Rise (flat $50 fee) within 2–5 business days after KYC.

    Road to Live Cash

Live Cash is by invitation — typically after three to five payouts with clean risk — and moves you to a real-money account at GFF Brokers (Plus500 clearing, Rithmic data). You choose Option A (apply the approved payout to your live capital, priority onboarding in about 30 days) or Option B (take the payout in full now, pause simulated trading for 30 days, convert on the next one — once only). The live max loss starts at 3% of the account (4.5% if several Sim/Live accounts convert): $750 on the 25K, $1,500 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K, $4,500 on the 150K, trailing End-of-Day and locking at start + $100. Contracts start at 1 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 3 minis and grow by one for every $5,000 of net profit above the lock. Payouts are weekly (every Friday after five trading days), $250 minimum, 90/10, with no consistency rule and no daily loss limit; Level 2 data ($195 a month) comes off the account, and fees on active evaluations and Sim/Live accounts without a payout are refunded when you convert.

Rating: 7.0/10 and the closest rival

The Enigma Score gives the Instant 50K 7.0/10 (Good): Value 55 and Risk Cushion 58 (a one-time $239.40 buys the same $2,000 buffer Rapid gives for a $24.90 subscription), Payout Reach 79 (five qualified days, a $1,500 cap paid 100%), Pass Ease 92 (nothing to pass — only the buffer and the 50% consistency rule stand between you and a payout), Trader Sentiment 87 (4.7/5 on Trustpilot from 431 reviews).

Its closest rival is Lucid Direct (5.9/10, Fair), the other instant-funded futures account: $360.50 with code FE, End-of-Day drawdown that locks, a $1,200 daily loss limit, a 20% consistency rule, payouts every five days capped at $2,000 with a 90/10 split. Nexgen Instant is cheaper, has no daily loss limit, a looser 50% consistency rule, and pays 100% of a $1,500 cap. Both are on the comparison hub.

    Who Nexgen Instant is for

Buy Instant if you want to skip the evaluation and qualify for a payout from day one, with End-of-Day drawdown that locks, no daily loss limit and no inactivity rule, and you are fine with a 50% consistency rule and capped payouts paid in full — the 25K is $209.40 with code FE40. If you want the cheapest way in, Nexgen Rapid is a one-day-pass evaluation at 90% off every month with code FE, ending on the same Sim/Live account.

    FAQ

Is there really no evaluation on Nexgen Instant?

Correct. The Instant account is a Sim/Live account from the first trade; there is no profit target to hit before you can qualify for a payout — the five qualified trading days, the buffer and the 50% consistency rule are the only gates.

What is the Nexgen Instant discount code?

Code FE40 at checkout takes 40% off every Instant account and 40% off a failed Sim/Live reset. Nexgen's weekly offers on Instant accounts and activations run at 40–50% off; FE40 is the code to use. Evaluations use code FE (90% off, every month).

    Is there a consistency rule?

Yes — 50% per payout cycle from day one: no single day may be more than half of the profit in the cycle, and only profit made in the current cycle can be requested.

    Can I hold positions overnight?

No. Every position must be flat by 4:55 PM ET; three violations close the account.

How much can I withdraw per payout?

    $750 (25K), $1,500 (50K), $1,750 (75K), $2,250 (100K) or $2,500 (150K), every five qualified trading days, paid 100%. Minimum request $250, with at least $350 above the buffer.

    Instant or Rapid?

Rapid is the cheapest way in (a monthly evaluation at 90% off with code FE plus a one-time activation at 40% off with FE40) and has no consistency rule until you are funded; Instant costs more one-time but skips the evaluation entirely. Both end on the same Sim/Live account with the same payouts and the same road to Live Cash.
