    FundedNext Legacy Plan Details (2026)

The biggest reward caps at FundedNext — no daily loss limit, no consistency once funded, uncapped after 30 benchmark days.

FundedNext Legacy is the one-phase futures challenge built for larger withdrawals: a one-time fee, no activation fee, no time limit, End-of-Day trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance, no daily loss limit, no consistency rule once funded, rewards every five benchmark days of up to $6,000 — and after 30 benchmark days both the 50% limit and the cap are removed. The trade-off is an 80% share and the smallest code discount in the range.

    Who FundedNext Legacy is for

    • Traders who want the biggest reward caps in the range and an uncapped account after 30 benchmark days
    • End-of-Day drawdown, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule once funded
    • Anyone fine with an 80% share and a 10% code discount in exchange for more funded contracts

    How the challenge works

Legacy is a single phase with a one-time fee — no monthly billing and no deadline. Three sizes: profit targets of $1,250 on the 25K, $3,000 on the 50K, $6,000 on the 100K; max loss limits of $1,000 on the 25K, $2,000 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K. Contract limits are 2 mini · 20 micro on the 25K, 3 mini · 30 micro on the 50K, 5 mini · 50 micro on the 100K.

The max loss limit is End-of-Day trailing and, on Legacy, locks at your starting balance. The consistency rule applies in the challenge: your best single day may not exceed 40% of the profit target ($1,200 on the 50K); go over it and the target becomes your best day ÷ 0.4. No daily loss limit, no minimum days.

    • Profit target: $1,250 on the 25K, $3,000 on the 50K, $6,000 on the 100K
    • Max loss limit (End-of-Day trailing): $1,000 on the 25K, $2,000 on the 50K, $3,000 on the 100K
    • Consistency in the challenge: 40% of the profit target per day
    • Daily loss limit: none
    • Activation fee: none · time limit: none · minimum days: none

    Trading rules at every stage

Four rules apply every day on every FundedNext Futures account, and the first is the one most traders miss.

    • No overnight or weekend holding: every position must be flat by 3:10 PM CT or it is auto-closed; trading reopens at 5:00 PM CT (Sunday 5:00 PM CT after the weekend)
    • News trading allowed at every stage
    • Inactivity: 30 consecutive calendar days without a trade breaches the account (challenge and funded)
    • Contract limits are fixed per size and do not grow with profit; e-mini and micro contracts can be mixed at 1:10
    • Up to 5 active funded accounts per trader or household; up to $750,000 of challenge allocation at a time
    • Resets any time in the challenge, even without a breach: $73.99 (25K), $183.99 (50K), $220.79 (100K)

    Funded stage

Passing converts the account to a FundedNext account with no activation fee. The max loss limit is the same amount as the challenge, End-of-Day trailing, locking at the starting balance or on your first reward. No daily loss limit, no consistency rule, no buffer — and Legacy gives you more contracts than the challenge did: 3 minis on the 25K, 5 on the 50K, 7 on the 100K. The reward share is 80%.

    • Drawdown: End-of-Day trailing, locks at the starting balance — and on your first reward
    • Daily loss limit: None
    • Consistency once funded: None
    • Contract limit: MORE than the challenge: 3 / 5 / 7 minis
    • Reward share: 80% to the trader

    Performance rewards (payouts)

Rewards come every five benchmark days — days on which you make at least $100 (25K) or $200 (50K and 100K) — with at least $500 of profit since the last reward. Until you have 30 benchmark days you can withdraw up to 50% of your profit, capped at $3,000 on the 25K, $6,000 on the 50K, $6,000 on the 100K. After 30 benchmark days both the 50% limit and the cap are removed and you can withdraw 100% of your profit. Withdrawing all of your profit at once is a breach, so leave a margin.

Rewards are processed within 24 hours of the request or FundedNext adds $1,000 to the reward (the brand promise; bank transfers are excluded). Minimum request $250, a processing fee of up to 3.5% applies, KYC is required before the first reward, and payment goes out by RiseWorks, USDT/USDC or bank transfer.

    Going live

Legacy uses FundedNext's Live Trading Program rather than the reward-count road: you become eligible for review at $100,000 of total active profit across your accounts (withdrawals taken plus current profit), or earlier at the risk team's discretion. The review takes about five business days and funded accounts pause while it runs. If selected, every simulated account closes and 80% of your simulated profit becomes eligible profit: 50% is paid as a settlement within 3–5 business days, 25% (up to $50,000) becomes the deposit on a live account, and the remainder is held as a reserve that refills the account after withdrawals. The live account takes 3–7 business days to set up, runs an End-of-Day auto-liquidation limit, and professional data fees apply.

FundedNext Legacy — frequently asked questions

Is there a daily loss limit on FundedNext Legacy?
No — not in the challenge and not in the funded account. The only loss rule is the End-of-Day max loss limit.
How much can I withdraw per reward on Legacy?
Up to 50% of your profit, capped at $3,000 (25K) or $6,000 (50K and 100K), every five benchmark days with at least $500 of profit in the cycle. After 30 benchmark days the 50% limit and the cap are removed.
Why is the Legacy discount only 10%?
That is the partner offer FundedNext gives on Legacy with code FE (5% on returning purchases). Flex and Rapid carry much larger first-purchase offers; the pricing table shows the live price for each.
Can I hold positions overnight on Legacy?
No. FundedNext Futures does not allow overnight or weekend holding on any plan — flat by 3:10 PM CT or the system closes the position.
Does the funded Legacy account have a consistency rule?
No. The 40% rule applies to the challenge only.
    How does Legacy go live?
Through the Live Trading Program: $100,000 of total active profit across your accounts (or discretionary review), then 80% of your simulated profit converts — half paid out, a quarter deposited into a live account, the rest reserved.
