What is Phoenix Trader Funding Spark?

It is the cheapest way into Phoenix: a one-time-fee challenge on Phoenix's TFeed (trade on Odin, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, dxFeed or NinjaTrader) with the same route to a live EdgeClear account as Classic.

What are the Phoenix Trader Funding Spark rules?

Hit $600 (10K) or $1,500 (25K) without touching the $400 or $1,000 drawdown, which trails your end-of-day balance in the challenge. There is no daily drawdown and no consistency rule, and the minimum is one day, so you can pass in a single session. Challenges close after 90 days without use.

Every position must be closed before the 4:59 PM ET close: no overnight or over-week holds on any Phoenix account. Tier 1 news (CPI, FOMC, NFP) is tradable, there is no minimum trade duration, and copying trades between your own accounts is allowed; HFT systems, EA bots that trade without you and hedging across accounts are not. Futures only.

How much does Phoenix Trader Funding Spark cost?

$44 for the 10K and $74 for the 25K, paid once with no subscription. Our code FE takes 20% off until October 31, 2026: $35.20 and $59.20. Activation is $29 when you pass; a reset costs $29 or $59.

Our code FE takes 20% off both Spark accounts at checkout through our link until October 31, 2026. Affiliate link: FundedEnigma may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

How do Phoenix Trader Funding Spark payouts work?

Your first payout comes after 5 winning days of $40 (10K) or $100 (25K); after that you can request bi-weekly. The minimum is $30 or $75 and the cap $300 or $400 per payout, with a 30% consistency rule and no safety net, at 90/10.

Payouts go by Payoneer, Wise or PayPal; Phoenix processes them in up to 2 to 3 business days, then the processor's own time.

What happens after you pass Phoenix Trader Funding Spark?

Once funded the drawdown trails in real time (tick by tick) and stops at the starting balance, a 30% consistency rule applies, and you need one trade every 7 calendar days.

After four payouts on the Pre-Funded account, plus the Phoenix team's approval, you move to a Live Funded account with Phoenix's broker partner EdgeClear, on Rithmic. The drawdown there is static and every rule except overnight and over-week positions is waived.

How does Phoenix Trader Funding Spark compare to Instant Funding IF Evolve 10K?

Instant Funding's IF Evolve 10K scores 7.5/10 against the Spark Seed 10K's 5.4: the same $600 target and $400 drawdown, no activation fee and an EOD drawdown once funded, but 5 days to pass and an 80/20 split, for $34.30 on our site.

Every Phoenix plan is compared side by side on the Phoenix Trader Funding page, and any two firms on the comparison hub.

Is Phoenix Trader Funding Spark worth it?

The 10K rates 5.4/10 (Fair) and the 25K 6.0. It is the cheapest Phoenix entry and passable in a day, but the $29 activation, the real-time funded drawdown and the $300-$400 payout caps hold it back.

Scores follow the Enigma Rating method: value, risk cushion, payout reach, pass ease and trader sentiment.
