Direct is FundedNext's instant funded futures plan. You pay $169.99 once with our code FE (normally $283.99) and trade a 50K FundedNext account from the moment you buy it. There is no challenge phase and no profit goal, the drawdown is End-of-Day and a 90% reward share applies from day one. It replaces the limited FundedNext Labs release FNL:003, which has expired.
The catch sits in the payout rules: a $2,100 buffer, at least $800 above it, and the 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule. Below you will find every rule, what the first reward really takes, and the 6.9/10 rating. The Direct plan page has the live price.

The account: funded from the first trade
One size, 50K, one fee, $169.99 with code FE. There is no activation fee and no monthly fee. There is also no reset: if the account breaches, you buy a new one. You sign the agreement at purchase and complete KYC before your first withdrawal. Trade on Tradovate, NinjaTrader or TradingView. Direct is treated as a FundedNext account, so it counts toward your five active FundedNext accounts and the limit of ten new FundedNext accounts a month.
The max loss limit is $2,000, End-of-Day trailing. It updates once a day off your highest balance, never down, and locks at $50,100; your first withdrawal also locks it there. A floating loss that touches it during a trade breaches the account at once. The $1,000 daily loss limit is a soft breach: trading is disabled for the rest of the day, but the account is not failed. You can hold up to 3 minis or 30 micros.
The 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule
Your best single trading day ever on the account may not exceed 20% of your profit in the current cycle. A cycle is the period since your last withdrawal, or since the account started. Put the other way round, the cycle needs at least five times your best day: a $500 best day needs a $2,500 cycle, a $580 day needs $2,900.
What makes it *perpetual* is that the record carries forward. Your best day follows you into every later cycle until you beat it, and a bigger day becomes the new benchmark. One $1,000 day means every cycle after it needs $5,000 of profit. The rule never breaches the account; it only delays the reward. Traders who string together small, even days barely notice it.
Trading rules
The standard FundedNext Futures rules apply. No overnight or weekend holding: every position must be flat by 3:10 PM CT or it is auto-closed, and trading reopens at 5:00 PM CT. News trading is allowed. Direct has its own activity rule: at least one trade every trading week (Monday to Friday), or the account is breached for inactivity. Contract limits are fixed, and e-mini and micro contracts can be mixed at 1:10. Micro-scalping profit (trades closed within 10 seconds) is deducted when it reaches 40% of a cycle's profit.
Performance rewards: what the first one takes
A reward needs two conditions in the same cycle. First, your balance must clear the $2,100 buffer ($52,100), with at least $800 above it. The buffer stays in the account, and only the profit above it can be withdrawn. Second, the cycle must meet the 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule. So the first reward needs $2,900 of profit, and to meet the consistency rule with that total, your best day can be at most $580.
Each withdrawal is between $800 and $1,200, and you keep 90%. Request it at the end of a trading day on which you have not opened a new trade. After the fifth reward the account is concluded, so the most you can withdraw over the account's life is $6,000. Every withdrawal earns a Champion Trader certificate and the fifth earns Conqueror Trader. Concluding 15 Direct reward journeys can put you in the review pool for live trading, at FundedNext's discretion.
Rating: 6.9/10 and the closest rival
The Enigma Score gives the Direct 50K 6.9/10 (Strong): Pass Ease 82, Payout Reach 73, Risk Cushion 71, Value 54 and Trader Sentiment 90. The $2,100 buffer plus $800, the 20% rule, the $1,200 cap and the five-reward limit hold it back. Its closest rival is Top One Ignite 50K (6.9, $179.10 with code FE for new customers): the same $2,000 End-of-Day drawdown locking at $50,100 and the same soft $1,000 daily limit, but a 15% consistency rule and payouts of $250 to $1,000 each time profit grows 5%. Direct is about $9 cheaper and pays more per request; Ignite gets you to a first payout with less profit.

What is the Perpetual Consistency Rule?
Your best single day ever on the account may not exceed 20% of your profit in the current cycle, and that best-day record carries into every later cycle until you beat it. The cycle therefore needs at least five times your best day.
How much profit do I need before the first Direct payout?
$2,900: the $2,100 buffer plus at least $800 above it, with your best day at or under $580 so the 20% consistency rule is met.
How much can I withdraw from Direct?
$800 to $1,200 per reward at a 90% share, up to five rewards, after which the account is concluded: $6,000 at most over its life.
Does Direct have a daily loss limit?
Yes, $1,000. It is a soft breach: trading is disabled for the rest of the day, and the account is not failed. The $2,000 max loss limit is the hard breach.
What is the inactivity rule on Direct?
At least one trade every trading week (Monday to Friday); a week without a trade breaches the account.
Can I reset Direct?
No. Resets are not available; a breached account has to be replaced with a new purchase.
