    LucidDirect Plan Details (2026)

Straight to funded — no evaluation, full size from day one, a 20% consistency rule.

LucidDirect is Lucid Trading's straight-to-funded futures account: no evaluation and no profit target to pass — you buy the funded account outright (one-time fee, no activation fee, no resets) and start building towards your first payout on day one, with End-of-Day drawdown that locks, full contract size immediately, up to five accounts and a 90/10 split. It is priced as a funded account, so it is the most expensive way into Lucid and rates lowest in the range.

    Who LucidDirect is for

    • Traders with a proven edge who do not want to prove it again in an evaluation
    • Anyone who wants full contract size from day one with no scaling plan
    • Traders who can hold a 20% consistency rule for at least five trading days per payout cycle — if price matters more than speed, a LucidFlex evaluation reaches a funded account for a fraction of the cost

    What you are buying

There is no evaluation phase. The four sizes (25K, 50K, 100K, 150K) are simulated funded accounts from the moment of purchase: one-time fee, no activation fee, no monthly billing, and no resets — a breached account is gone and you buy a new one. The dashboard updates objectives in real time, within five to thirty minutes of your last closed trade.

The maximum loss limit is 4% of the starting balance on the 25K and 50K, 3.5% on the 100K and 3.3% on the 150K (exact dollar figures per size are in the pricing table). It is End-of-Day: it only moves off your closing balance, rises with your balance until you close above the initial trail balance (start + max loss + $100), then locks $100 above the starting balance for good.

    • Evaluation: none · profit target to pass: none · activation fee: none · resets: none
    • Maximum loss limit: End-of-Day, locks at +$100 once you close above the initial trail balance
    • Position size: 2 minis / 20 micros on the 25K up to 10 minis / 100 micros on the 150K, in full from day one — no scaling plan
    • Accounts: up to five Direct accounts per household (shared with other Lucid funded accounts)

The daily loss limit and LucidScale

The 25K has no daily loss limit. The 50K, 100K and 150K start with a fixed daily loss limit (2.4% of the balance on the 50K, 2.1% on the 100K, 2% on the 150K); once the account closes above the initial trail balance, the fixed limit is replaced by LucidScale — 60% of your highest End-of-Day profit — which only ever grows as your peak profit grows. Hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach: you are locked out until the next session, not failed.

There is no news restriction on LucidDirect; the red-folder rule applies to LucidDaily only.

    Payouts

Three conditions unlock a payout, and all three reset after every payout: a profit goal for the cycle ($1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 for the first payout by size, then $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 from the second), the 20% consistency rule (your largest single day may not exceed 20% of the profit in the cycle), and at least five trading days in the cycle. Meet all three and you can request on any day; the minimum request is $500.

Per-payout caps are $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 by size on payouts one to three and $1,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500 on payouts four and five. Each account allows five payouts, after which Lucid moves you to a live account. Approved amounts leave the account within minutes and are paid within two business days by Plaid instant bank transfer (US), WorkMarket by ADP or crypto.

    • Profit goal per cycle: a higher goal for the first payout, a lower one from payout two
    • Consistency: largest day ≤ 20% of the cycle profit · minimum five trading days per cycle
    • Minimum request $500 · per-payout caps by size · five payouts per account, then live

    Going live

After the fifth payout — or earlier at the risk team's discretion — you enter the live review pool. Every funded account with at least one payout gets its own live account: a $0 starting balance, End-of-Day drawdown set by account size, daily payouts and no daily loss limit or consistency rule. Once you bank profit equal to that drawdown the max loss locks at $100 for good, and the first time you are moved live a session closed at or above the live target pays a one-time live bonus per account (subject to the 90/10 split).

    LucidDirect — frequently asked questions

Is there really no evaluation on LucidDirect?
Correct. You purchase the funded account outright and can request your first payout once the cycle conditions are met — no profit target to pass first and no activation fee.
What are the payout profit goals?
    First payout: $1,500 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $6,000 (100K), $9,000 (150K). From the second payout: $1,250, $2,500, $3,500 and $4,500. The goal resets to zero after each approved payout.
How much can I withdraw per payout?
    Payouts 1–3: $1,000 (25K), $2,000 (50K), $2,500 (100K), $3,000 (150K). Payouts 4–5: $1,000, $2,500, $3,000, $3,500. Minimum request $500; five payouts per account, then a live account.
Does the 20% consistency rule ever go away?
It applies to every sim-funded payout cycle and resets after each payout. It no longer applies once you are promoted to a live account.
Why does LucidDirect rate lower than the other Lucid plans?
Because you pay funded-account prices up front: every dollar of loss buffer and of first payout costs three to four times what a LucidFlex or LucidPro evaluation costs, and the 20% consistency rule plus the five-day minimum slow the first payout. It is the plan to buy for speed, not value.
Can I reset a breached LucidDirect account?
No — there are no resets on Direct. A breached account is closed and you would purchase a new one.
