What you need to pass
25K: profit target $1,500, max loss (End-of-Day) $1,000, contracts 2 / 20; 50K: profit target $3,000, max loss (End-of-Day) $2,000, contracts 4 / 40; 100K: profit target $6,000, max loss (End-of-Day) $3,000, contracts 6 / 60.
End-of-Day trailing drawdown that locks at start + $100 (and on your first withdrawal). No daily loss limit — the 35% version offers an optional soft limit for a lower price.
Consistency 26% (choose 35% at checkout): your best day at most that share of your total profit. Evaluation only — none once funded.

These apply on every FundedSeat account.
- Overnight holding: Not allowed — flat before the close
- News trading: Allowed · funded: no red-folder USD events
- Drawdown: End-of-Day trailing · locks at start + $100
- Daily loss limit: None (optional soft limit on the 35% version)
- Hedging · bots: Not allowed
- Accounts: Max 2 Ultra, on top of 5 regular funded
- Resets: $110 / $225 / $340 · evaluation only
- Commissions: $5.76 a round turn on NQ / ES, $1.82 on the micros · at least half your profit must come from trades held over 10 seconds · inactivity: one trade every 20 days (evaluation), one a week (funded)

Payouts
Several a day — from your first funded day — no cap, no buffer. Split: 80%. Minimum per payout: 25K $250, 50K $250, 100K $250. No maximum: withdraw down to your start + $100 — the account closes if you leave it there. Payouts are guaranteed within 5 hours · requested from the dashboard, paid through Rise (bank or crypto) · funded accounts cannot be reset.
Going live
Withdraw $100,000 (total, from one Ultra account) → Move to live (FundedSeat moves the account to live capital) → Live account (real capital). Ultra accounts: max 2 active — on top of your 5 regular funded; Split: 80 / 20 on every Ultra payout; Close time: flat before the close every day.
