Phase 1 — the evaluation
Profit targets of $1,500 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $6,000 (100K), $3,000 (150K), $6,000 (200K) and $20,000 (300K) against max losses of $1,200 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $1,000 / $2,000 / $5,000. The 25K–100K drawdown is End-of-Day trailing; the 150K, 200K and 300K are static. Contracts: 2 / 5 / 10 / 1 / 2 / 5 minis. No daily loss limit.
The consistency rule is 34% (21% on the 300K), so the target takes at least three profitable days. BluSky's consistency rule compares your largest profitable day with the sum of your profitable days — losing days are left out, which makes it easier to satisfy than the net-profit version many firms use. Being out of consistency never fails the account: it is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and every further profitable day brings the percentage down.
Trading rules at every stage
These rules apply on every BluSky account. No overnight holding — be flat before 4:45 PM ET; the system auto-liquidates about 15 minutes before the close, but closing is your job, and no positions may be held after 5 PM ET. News trading is allowed and never fails an account. Position size is capped automatically, so oversizing does not fail you (exploiting it can). No opposite positions on the same product at the same time (CME Rule 534) — the brokerage closes the account. Unlimited evaluations, up to three funded accounts (Sim Funded, Instant Sim Funded or Direct to Funded), trade copiers allowed. Evaluation commissions on Rithmic and Volumetrica are $2 a side per mini and $0.50 per micro; Tradovate and NinjaTrader run at Tradovate's rates, with Level 1 data included.
Price with our code FE
Propel bills every 30 days while you are in the evaluation: normally $150 / $160 / $220 / $170 / $270 / $320 a month, $105 / $112 / $154 / $119 / $189 / $224 with our code FE (30% off), and the discount renews with the subscription. There is no launch fee; billing stops the moment you pass, and nothing is charged in the Buffer Zone or once you are Sim Funded.
Resets are $79 on every size, and a renewal on an account that has already failed includes a free reset.
Our BluSky code FE works on every plan: $10 off every Launch month, 30% off Propel and Orbit, 20% off Direct to Funded and $300 off Instant Sim Funded. Use our code FE at checkout through our link.
Phase 2 — the Buffer Zone, Phase 3 — Sim Funded
The Buffer Zone targets are $1,500 / $3,000 / $3,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $3,500 with the same drawdown, no daily loss limit and 34% consistency (21% on the 300K). Fail it and you reset only the Buffer Zone ($250 for each of the first three resets, then $300, $350 … — $500 if it had already reached Sim Funded); your evaluation still stands.
Sim Funded is simulated with real, withdrawable profits. The starting balance is the Buffer Zone profit, the account closes below $100, and there is no profit target, no consistency rule and nothing to pay. The 7-day payout caps are $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000.
Payouts: daily at 90%
Sim Funded payouts can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, on any balance above your Sim Funded starting balance, with no minimum number of days. The minimum request is $250, you need a meaningful profitable trade between requests, and payouts must be whole dollars. Requests before 11 AM ET are processed the same day (after that, the next business day) and take 1–3 business days to arrive; no support ticket is needed. The split is 90/10, paid through Gusto or Rise as a contractor (1099 NEC in the US, W-8BEN outside). While Sim Funded, stop trading for the day at +$5,000 and for the week at +$10,000.
Road to Live Brokerage
Live Brokerage is earned in Sim Funded: at $10,000 of total profit (profit in the account plus every payout taken) you stop trading and open a Brokerage Review ticket. The Risk Team takes up to five trading days (broader reviews up to seven), payouts are held, and trading during a review forfeits the account. It ends approved, deferred (keep trading Sim Funded and ask again later) or in the Trader Development Program. If approved, up to $10,000 per account minus payouts becomes your live starting balance — $30,000 maximum per trader — on Tradovate or Rithmic; for example, $10,500 of profit with $6,000 withdrawn starts the live account at $4,000. The invitation is valid for five calendar days, the caps come off, and the split stays 90/10 unless the Risk Team changes it.
Rating: 7.6/10 and the closest rival
The Enigma Score gives the Propel 50K 7.6/10 (Strong): Value 86, Risk Cushion 72, Payout Reach 72, Pass Ease 72, Trader Sentiment 89. What lifts it: 30% off every month with our code, no launch fee, no daily loss limit, End-of-Day drawdown on 25K–100K, daily payouts at 90%. What holds it back: 34% consistency in the evaluation and the Buffer Zone, a Buffer Zone before Sim Funded, 7-day caps, and a static drawdown on 150K–300K.
Its closest rival is My Funded Futures Pro 50K (7.7/10): no fee after passing either, but 50% consistency in the evaluation, bi-weekly payouts with a $1,000 minimum request and an 80/20 split. Both are on the comparison hub.
